Throughout your life, your experiences have been directly related to your environment, be it positive or negative. Often times, these 'negative' experiences become internalized and forgotten by the conscious mind. Your body however, holds on to these memories. Even though it no longer serves you, much of the negative self-talk or inner critic is based on old beliefs; you still hold on to the stroy.
In addition, you may also have emotional experiences that were brought about by someone else's belief system and those beliefs no longer serve you.
By allowing a reconnection to your inner wisdom and truly trusting in the messages your body has to give, you begin the self healing process and are able to connect to "All That You Are".
